Then discover URW’s International Graduate Program, a year-long experience designed to give bold, passionate people exposure to many core aspects of our business. The IGP gives graduates three placements in different departments within the Group, with at least one international assignment.

If you’re invited for an interview at URW, it pays to be prepared. We strongly advise you to familiarise yourself with our activities by reading some of our recent news stories, following our corporate LinkedIn page and scrolling through the Instagram pages of our flagship shopping centres.

We value fresh thinkers, so arrive ready with examples of when you’ve used bold thinking or original ideas to solve a problem or achieve a good result. Enthusiasm, passion and dedication are also highly prized here, so you may wish to consider some examples from your personal, educational or professional life that demonstrate these qualities.







Frequently asked questions

Below are some answers to the questions we are regularly asked.

We will take your native language into consideration when making a hiring decision. However, if you wish to work in a specific country, you are free to apply within any of our countries to the role you are interested in. You can also simply select “spontaneous application” within the application section if you don’t find the specific opportunity you are looking for.

If you do not live near the location where interviews take place (i.e. in the same city or country), we may cover your travel expenses. However, this practice is not automatic and varies from one country to another. Make a request with your contact at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield before the interview to learn if this applies in your region.

For the IGP, we hire Master’s or MBA graduates from top schools and universities. We also welcome students who possess a minimum of 18 months of experience via the VIE programme or 18 months of entrepreneurial experience. We don’t have clear preferences regarding your major. Instead, we value analytical skills and an entrepreneurial and innovative spirit. We do not require previous experience in real estate or retail, though this could be a plus for your application. You will need to have mastered at least two languages: English and a second language used in one of our regions (Czech, Dutch, German, French, Polish, Spanish or Swedish).
