Who are we looking for?

1. Students in top business or engineering schools or a technical university.

2. Fluent in at least one of our local languages: French, Spanish, Dutch, German, Czech, Polish, Swedish and English.

3. Students with a zeal to discover the real estate and retail business with passionate people.

How to apply

1. Internship opportunities generally last around six months and are available in a variety of departments, depending on where you’re based.

2. Apprenticeships generally last between 12 and 24 months and are available in Germany, France, the UK and Sweden, in a variety of departments.

4. Apprenticeships and internships are available in the following departments: marketing, office functions, commercial development, IT, audit, recruitment, training and HR.

5. The application process comprises a pre-selection telephone interview, an in-person interview with our HR team and one or two interviews with the departmental team to which you’re applying.

6. As an applicant, it will be expected that you understand what URW does and the key activities of the department to which you are applying. You will also be asked to present your background and explain your own motivations for applying.
