Marie de Chalendar is our Group Director of Talent Development and a former member of URW’s International Graduate Program. Our IGP is a stimulating way for graduates to build their skills and launch a careers working at the cutting edge of the commercial real estate industry – and it’s a major way that we identify and train our next generation of leaders.
Here, Marie tells us about her career trajectory, the part the IGP played in getting her started, and why she believes that: “Working at URW is more than just working in real estate.” As a Talent Development Director, she also explains how the program has been a catalyst for developing skills and leaders across our Group.
Our International Graduate Program is a year-long opportunity that offers graduates roles in three different departments at URW, including one posting abroad. It’s a fantastic way to meet and collaborate with other bold, passionate graduates, and to kick-start a broad range of careers.
