Damien Ribot is our Group Director of Investment and Divestment for Europe. He’s also an alumnus of our International Graduate Program. URW’s IGP is a year-long training program that gives bold, passionate graduates a way to build their skills and kickstart their career.
Here, Damien tells us about his experience in the program and how it gave him a broad perspective of the real estate industry, which enabled him to choose the career path that was right for him. In his mission, Damien supports the Group in achieving its sustainability targets through its investments and divestments strategy. As he affirms: “Sustainability is at the forefront of our investment strategy.”
The IGP offers graduates roles in three different departments at URW, including one posting abroad. It’s a fantastic way to learn the skills that will set you on a course for success.
