Are you a recent graduate looking for a way to launch your career? Then discover URW’s International Graduate Program, a year-long experience designed to give bold, passionate people exposure to many core aspects of our business.
Over the course of one year, the program places graduates in three different departments at URW, including one posting abroad. They work on a range of dynamic challenges touching on urban regeneration and the transformation of retail, from contributing to new development programmes to the operation of our shopping centres or achieving our sustainable objectives – such as lowering the carbon footprint of our activities.
The IGP gives you exposure to the different aspects of our business, allowing you to gain crucial insight so you can determine the career path that’s most stimulating for you. You’ll be joining a network of passionate people from diverse backgrounds and different countries, learning from each other and collaborating to tackle some of the key challenges facing our industry.
