To give some insight into life post-International Graduate Program at URW, we enlisted a couple of our people who have been through the program and have successfully developed within our company to share their dynamic career trajectories with us.
Catch up with Thaïs Erlich and hear more about her dynamic journey, starting from her first experience within the International Graduate Program going through three rotations in different teams across Europe, to landing her first role post-IGP as Customer Loyalty Analyst. She then moved on to work as Chief Customer Officer Project Manager in Paris, and now, as Venture Capital Manager within the Venture Capital team.*
