We will take your native language into consideration when making a hiring decision. For the IGP, we hire Master or MBA graduates from top schools and Universities. We also welcome students who possess a minimum of 18 months of experience via the VIE programme or 18 months of entrepreneurial experience. We don't have clear preferences regarding your major, rather we value analytical skills and an entrepreneurial/innovative spirit. We do not require previous experience in real estate or retail even though this could be a plus for your application.
You definitely need to master at least two languages, English and a second language used in one of our regions (Czech, Dutch, German, French, Polish, Spanish, Swedish).
